In this 3-hour workshop, participants will observe the refined gestures of a tea ceremony and prepare a bowl of matcha themselves, learning how tea connects body and mind through mindfulness and tradition.

Held indoors and — if the weather allows — also in the open air, the program offers a rare opportunity to experience Japanese tea culture in a tranquil early-summer setting.
