Mieko showed us the basics and how to make soya sauce together with a tasting of a variety of different soya sauce variations. All ingredients are from organic farming. 
The workshop is carried out by Mieko. She is a Japanese filmmaker and the founder of ‘miso miso’ living in Germany. Since 2019, she has been giving miso and soy sauce workshops in Switzerland and Germany and offers homemade, original Misos.
