REFUND POLICY
Event Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for our event. We are excited to have you join us. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.
General Policy: No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases.
This policy is in place because we incur significant costs in planning and executing our events, including venue bookings, speaker fees, and catering arrangements, which are based on attendee numbers well in advance of the event date.
Ticket Transfers
While we do not offer refunds, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional cost. To initiate a ticket transfer, please contact us at iwant@candj.ch with the full name and email address of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket. All transfer requests must be submitted no later than [e.g., 7 days] before the event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel or postpone the event, we will notify all registered attendees via email.

Cancellation: If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

Postponement: If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend on the new date, you will have the option to request a full refund within a specified timeframe.
